World Record Off Piste Jump

This video shows Jamie Pierre attempting to break the world record cliff jump  of 255 feet at Grand Targhee Resort in Wyoming. As the camera zooms out you can see the sheer extent of this jump. Anyone who is willing to attempt this freefall of over 3 seconds risking death to land in a pillow of powder just to break a world record needs some respect.

As he falls his skills start to flip, turning upside down and ended up landing on his head. With any other surface this would have killed the participant but on snow hes got away with it. With a little bit of help from other skiers to keep check on Jamie hes helped back on his feet and continues to ski down. Impressive!
